Refund Policy

Effective date: 29 August 2026

Healthcare Project Careers provides self-service digital educational licensing toolkits and career resources. Customers receive secure online access after payment confirmation.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing: career@healthcareprojectcareers.com.

Include:

  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The Paddle transaction or receipt number
  • The name of the product
  • A brief explanation of the request

Do not send credit-card or banking information by email.

Eligible refund requests

A refund may be approved when:

  • A customer was charged more than once for the same purchase
  • Payment was completed but access was not provided, and we cannot resolve the access problem within a reasonable time
  • The digital product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not normally be provided when:

  • The customer changes their mind after accessing the Toolkit
  • The customer did not review the product description before purchasing
  • The customer does not achieve a particular licensing, examination, registration, immigration or employment outcome
  • A regulatory authority, employer or third-party service changes its requirements or rejects an application
  • The customer incurs separate fees charged by SCHS, DataFlow, Prometric, government authorities or other third parties

Digital product access

The Toolkit is licensed for the purchasing customer’s personal use. It may not be copied, printed, downloaded, shared, resold or redistributed. If a refund is approved, access to the refunded product may be withdrawn.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may administer approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law or Paddle’s mandatory buyer protections provide greater rights, those rights will apply.
