Healthcare Project Careers is a Canadian-operated digital career platform supporting healthcare professionals who are exploring opportunities in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and the wider Gulf region. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

Healthcare Project Careers is not a healthcare provider and is not a government, regulatory or licensing authority.

Information we collect

• General Enquiries form: your name, email address, telephone number (if provided) and the content of your message. This form opens your own email application so that your message is sent directly to us by email.
• CV and application submissions: information you choose to provide through the external Google Form we use for CV sharing and vacancy applications, which may include contact details, professional qualifications, registration details and employment history.
• Newsletter signup: the email address and any details you submit through our newsletter signup form, which is hosted and processed by Brevo.
• Technical information: standard information such as browser type, device type, approximate location and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the website.

Third-party services

We use a small number of external services to operate the website. When you use them, your information is handled under their own privacy practices as well as ours.

• Google Forms: used for CV submissions and vacancy applications. Information you enter is submitted to and stored within Google's services before we review it.
• Brevo: used for newsletter signup and email delivery. Newsletter subscriptions use double opt-in, meaning you must confirm your subscription by email before receiving any messages.
• Website hosting and analytics providers: may process technical information described above.

Why we collect information

• To respond to enquiries and provide the information you request.
• To review CVs and consider candidates for healthcare opportunities we are supporting.
• To send newsletter updates where you have confirmed your subscription.
• To maintain, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. Candidate information is shared with a prospective employer or project only where it is relevant to an opportunity you have applied for or expressed interest in.

Cookies and technical information

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality and basic usage measurement. Embedded content and links to external services — including Google Forms and the Brevo newsletter form — may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, which may set cookies in your browser. Google Analytics 4 collects information such as the pages you visit, interactions on those pages (for example clicking a button or completing a purchase), device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We use this information only to understand how the website is used and to measure conversions such as account registrations, enquiries and toolkit purchases. We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics, and we do not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the consent banner shown when you first visit the site. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics events are sent. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent. Candidate information may be retained so that we can contact you about future opportunities. Access, correction and unsubscribing

• You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it.
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
• To make any request, email us and describe what you would like us to do.
